| I took offense to your last sentence in your first post, which is total bs. And I will stand by my very first post on here, (titled something like “Land prices have stage four cancer”which was only five years ago, not ten. And the sales around here prove i have been right so far. The very highest sales would be off by 40% now. And I don’t think it’s done going down yet, IMO of course.Evidently your opinion is always right. I doubt it. But your most certainly entitled to it. But I guess I’m not entitled to mine, according to you. Do what’s best for you and I’ll do the same by me.
