I never saw where he said how much he would have to borrow or anything about being highly leveraged. I stand by what I said, if you plan of farming and can afford it buy land. There is no better time then when you are young if you can swing it. It gives you more time owning it after it's paid for. The guys that bought it in the 80's and lost it obviously couldn't afford it to begin with. I typed out a reply to your last sentence and decided I’d best just keep it to myself, so I deleted it. Prolly would have been enough to get me tossed from the site.
