Subject: RE: Investments for 26 year old

I would consider investing in the right land in arizona. South east Arizona. Some really good farm land with good water to be had for 1500 an acre. Or it was last year. California growers have been relocating there and i doubt that will stop.
Dad almost oull the trigger on a peice with water wells in place and one pivot. 1k an acre. The climate there is good for alot and one of the only sutiable places you can grow pistachios. If i had some money to invest i think that would be prime real estate. Not sure if hurricane micheal now forced georgia pecan growers that way but in the pecan business that is the best land in the usa. Just be careful of water salinity.
