I doubt this is possible in his position. He owns 400ac and prob has a nice looking balance sheet. The govt seems to not loan money to those guys, at least the better products. Said he farms 400 acres. Never said he owns it all. Many kudos to him if he figured out how to get his name on 400 acres of North central Iowa land in his mid twenties if indeed that is the case. (Easily could be north of $4 million) If so, he needs to quit his day job and go on the seminar speaking trail, showcasing how he achieved such remarkable accomplishments at such a young age. No matter what, he and his wife are to be commended for being such good savers. If they do nothing other than what currently doing, they’ll be on the beach in their fifties drinking maitai’s while their friends are scratching their heads wondering how they did it.
