you identified the problem, the commute to anywhere is brutal... 20 miles to nearest town ( 2000 pop ) and winters are brutal. Townships won't plow roads for snow up here. If you want out you dig yourself out----that eliminates a lot of folks right there. I would have to drive a tractor 6 miles one way to plow them out and some winters up here that could be an every day occurrence. Place sits next to a flowing creek with 1/4 mile driveway---nice until you start scooping/blowing snow every day. The place currently comes with the relatives---good luck. LOL
