House. $200,000
Vehicles $40,000 2 ok vehicles

Monthly payments Family of four and I am guessing lol

House. $1500
Vehicles $600
Electric $300
Health insurance $2000
Miscellaneous insurance $200
Food 500

Over $5k a month and still have a lot of things to pay for

I thought I would be rich if I ever made $30 k a year.

There may not be much inflation but it sure takes a lot to live.

What other expenses are out there , I know I missed a lot of them.

First you don't need a $200,000 house or two $40,000 vehicles. Got three of my kids that are married. One gave $65,000 for house on 3 acres with Harvest store and Machine shed. Another gave $70,000 for their house with 20 acres, with about 3 acre lake and two Morton buildings. Another gave $70,000 for their house on 3 acres with Morton building. None of them have bought a $40,000 vehicle.

Their payments would be long ways from $1500 month and $600 month on vehicles. Electric bill probably about half what you posted..

Those sound like million to multi million dollar property in many places, it all depends on where you live and what major businesses are in the area.
