ottertail co mn		I should also say that my first house was $42,000 on 13 acres with one out building, this was in west central Minnesota where housing is cheaper than where I live now. I bought it in 1996.

If that house was located where I live now in 1996 it would have probably brought around $80k.

It was a sheet hole, all the pipes would freeze if it got cold, the floors were so crooked it wasn't even funny, the trusses were put on the house the wrong way so there was a huge cable holding the house together. The list is a mile long, but it is what I could afford, I wanted to move where I live now so I was a cheap skate until I got where I wanted to be. Now I don't care about money and I am happy.
