things sure are different by your map dot. Here is our old hunting lodge on a beautiful farm site, one of nicest around. Was getting $350/month. Currently a relative living there for nothing because we couldn't even rent it out at $350----no people out here. 5 bdr, 3 bath and see through fire place between master suite and office.
