Rolla, ND | My suggestion is not to use the diet plan as an excuse for two months of gluttony.
Instead of popping the treats in your mouth whole, take smaller bites, savor the taste, enjoy the taste. And then move on. Flavors don’t get better with repetition so have one, eat it slowly and move on.
Slow down at the table too. Talk more. Try to time it so you are finished with the first round after others finish seconds. Amy hunger will likely be just as gone by that point as if you had seconds.
Enjoy, don’t beat yourself up and don’t focus on food.
