Central Illinois | tmrand, The only thing that will work for the rest of your life is portion control. If you are in good health start limiting how much you eat.
I replaced drinking a soda and a snack ( usually a doughnut) with Fairlife milk and a protein powder mixed in. It satisfied and I not only lost weight but lowered my cholesterol. I still have the tendency to clean my plate. I try not to fill it full which helps tremendously. Good luck.
