Monett Missouri | Wife and I started mid April with the low carb diet. I dropped 60 pounds (300 to 240) by mid August. Since then I have re introduced some crabs back in my diet and maintained my 240. I’ve always been over weight and have dieted several times in my 50 years. This was the easiest diet I have ever had to follow. Yes I miss bread and potatoes but you can’t loose weight with out giving up something. After the holidays I’m getting back on track and my goal is 225. That’s what I weighed when I graduated high school. I wish you success with your diet. Jared | |
