Start small and keep it simple. Watch what you eat and choose the lighter or healthier options. Diet is more important than exercise, but do some sort of exercise, even if its taking the dogs on a walk or checking the mail.
Small steps make it easier to stay consistent. After awhile you will enjoy doing the little steps that lead to a healthy life. Consistency is key!!!! Jumping on a diet plan can be hard and easy to fall off. Start small and reward yourself with another beer ;)
