Subject: RE: Dumping Hours Frustration

NEIN
Boo, Hoo, Hoo. Any of dozens of professions require working an occasional Sunday, farming not mention just one. They are in the business of taking grain and those hours are only needed a few days each fall. Ever heard of comp time? or overtime? The days available for decent harvest weather this late are dropping drastically. There are so many solutions to this issue that are simple but one that becomes more and more apparent is bypass the local, haul direct or hold at your own site and move later and both of those result in the demise of a business meant to specialize in the handling of grain once a year in large volume with speed. And it is really bad when it's OUR Co-op, we should demand they be open so we can use OUR facilitates.
