southern MN		In my rolling hills, high water table.....

A good rain will flow internally down the hills, and end up pushing cold ground water up into the seed.

Very common for the low spots to not germinate right here, while the hills do fine.

Anyhow, I think groundwater temp needs to be considered in cases like mine?
