S.E. Iowa | There are guys on here more experienced than me. I put up 4 hoops borrowed 100000 for everything all on a contract. They went under now the buildings are used for cattle and other stuff. I even went so far as to rewrite my mortgage to monthly payments. I kept up for two years but it drained all my cash. I have since had the mortgage rewritten to annual payments and have some breathing room. You are talking more money than me be cautious! | |
