It sounds like they are just using you to barrow money for them.
If it was such a great investment, they would not want you to sign the loan.
The guys on here telling you no are the same guys that have hog barns.
What happens when on year 3 the hog market tanks and the co goes under? You sit empty for 4 months then have to sign on with another co to make the payments for $32 and you have to do the work.
About 4 years ago some guys with 1 or 2 year old barns had the co break the contracts and had to take $24/ space from another co and do the work to make the payments.
