| Buy a farm sell off 5 acres to the HOG GUYS and let someone else live the DREAM. You still get the POO. And in 30 yrs the farm is right where you left it. Where as the barn you will be paying someone to push it in a hole. The farm always shows up for work, no LP BS like this winter, charges the same for labor, dosen't need a remodel. I did all the numbers and they are TOTALLY the same farm or barn. The farm is a WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY better deal. Do the math. | |
