Henderson county illinois | Putting up 2 PSI 2480 finishing barns. With some new feeders being installed and all the upgrades I want, each barn is going to cost around 555,000. Dirt work,well,composter,road,electricity(already there),and permitting is going to cost about 80,000 per building. Contract is for 10 years and they pay 42 dollars a pig space.The new deal they just started is that they guarantee 2400 overstocks each turn per building(4800 per year per building) and they pay 2 dollars for each overstock. How are these numbers compared to some you guys have seen? |
