This last post clears some things up. But also raises some concerns, you and your dad putting up two buildings together? Maybe they should be owned by an llc or far enough apart to be deeded separately. You have a huge investment in those buildings what happens if things go bad? Its not like you put up some fence and are running hogs in old dirt lots.
