Henderson county illinois | I do agree it is a lot of money but I'm a young guy starting out and I'm trying to find a way to diversify and I'm willing to stick my neck out a little. I find it hard to find something that pencils out as good as a hog building and can be as lucrative once it is paid for. If there was something out there that had a guaranteed 8% return every year,and was non-depreciable,I'd have my money there instead. |
