Subject: A simple question for everyone?

IA
What has caused this last big push up in land values the last three-four years? In my area land has almost doubled since the start of 2010. Heck a year ago some real good land sold for more than 18K ! 99.9% of the buyers have been farmers. So what caused this last run up? Hmmm, maybe farmers have made some good coin in that time frame and bidding it into land purchases? So now that times are a changing and alot of guys have signed up to huge land payments or huge machinery payments or in some cases both who will be bidding everything up? Think about it. Im not saying it is going to crash but it will correct IMO. There may have been one guy somewhere that paid cash but there is alot of new debt with these purchases, that came right from several different bankers.
