Too many people want to see this land crash cause they missed buying it before the run, and can't buy it now. Not saying boone is part of that group, but it's the general sentiment i gather from a lot of folks on this matter at least around our area. Guess they were too busy buying the next 400k combine or 200k MFWD. Oops.
Now that they can't afford it, or are pissed off with the idea of having to buy it at these prices - well of course it is 'over-priced' and needs to 'crash' by at least 50%.
