If only 8% of land was leveraged, I would own a lot more land than a few hundred acres. But then again I would be more leveraged than 8 % because I would have more land to pay for.
Talk to any banker, the truth will be much higher than 25% leveraged. All these so called cash deals that took place the last couple years have tied up a lot of other quarters...
