Kinda like understanding that land price doesn't care only about the price ofcorn. I understand it also cares about interest rates, deep pocketed farmers, tight land supplies...ect ect...

And Not everyone just bought more land in the last two years.

There are many, like us perhaps, who bought more 5, 6 & 7 years ago, and appreciate finally having something worth a dollar value that reflects the amount of work it took to get it.

It wasn't very long ago around here that 100 acres of ground wouldn't even buy you a new 130 horse tractor. I remember when the price of 200 acres went for only slightly more than a used combine. Did that make sense? Sure doesn't now.
