70, but almost all have succession plans set up to keep the next generation from selling. Most of the children are college educated professional's that are in there 40-50's and are only 1-2 generations removed from the farm. they realize how good of an investment they have. It's hard to farm down here. Gravity irrigation, center pivots, rice levees, lot's of labor.
