| My Grandpa used to say this about how to value his milk cow. "You know, like most farmers as I'm sitting on my stool milking my cow, I have my radio on the shelf turned on to the farm markets, and the guy broadcasting the markets will announce what the price of cows is worth if I grind her into hamburger. Well I really don't care much what she's worth as hamburger, so long as she gives me a full pail of milk everyday". Kinda what John Burns is saying above. Me and Old McDonald have traded barbs before, and he now realizes that I'm not in the "jealous I didn't by land 10 years ago camp". But I still believe in my formula for valuation, and I don't believe I am incorrect by a factor of 2. I wish a certified appraiser would weigh in here. I still wonder what coup knows to put a floor in here right now for the next five years, cuz I don't see ARC providing that substantial of a floor. | |
