the usda circumventing the law.
State Inspection DOES by law ( check the farm bill of 2008, this is Very Specific ) suffice the same as Fed Insp as far as selling meat across state lines ( And suffices as an export stamp too ).

soooo... big business greases insiders in the govt ( to ignore the law on purpose ) that run / manage a govt agency and the cattle producers and consumers are screwed.

btw, whole muscle beef cuts exported are reported weekly:
they must be All 1 cut and a whole load to fall into required reporting.

( whole loads with 2 cuts or more are exempt from reporting as are mixed species and partial loads )

FACT: the usa has No Clue how much meat the usa exports. LOL
All that's known is a substantial amount more meat is exported than is reported as such.
( that's OK, it's no one else's business anyway, MO )
