Ok, so I'm at fault for my pet getting killed, got it, But, the more serious issue here is what if next time it's one of the neighbor kids, when one of these idiots flying by hits one of them, or a family on a bike ride? A speed limit needs to be posted and enforced. All I am wondering is if anyone has had it done, and what they had to go through to do it?
