Kaukauna WI | Well, true, but you get my drift, don't you? There's a kid here, (I call him a kid, he's probably 25), brags about his 80# average. He bought the neighbor's cows @ $2,600 a piece average in October. I say, his cows BETTER milk 80#. He's got over $200k in debt just from his cows. BUT he's going to be using his dad's eqt to farm the land in 2012 and retired dad helps him every day on the farm, gratis. You can't EVER look at a farm and figure out what's going on until you see their balance sheet and their I/S.
