SouthCentral WI | I tend to think about many years ago when there was this word used in business called " loyalty ". Loyalty to your employer, to your employee, to vendors to suppliers. Yes, it always had to balance out with expenses and profits, but it meant that a couple of dollars wasn't life or death.
Now we all seem to be about paper profits. Short term reductions of expense with no thought to future growth or goals. What is my bottom line today, tomorrow will take care of itself.
At least that"s my opinion.
