So. IL | I can't believe the criticism the original poster got on this. Maybe it's time to change our mindset as farmers and grow/produce what the customer wants? So many have got the idea that we will produce what we want and the consumer must buy what we produce. I too have purchased pork that smelled like pig sh@t and had no clue why it smelled like it did. Thanks to this open discussion I know more about this smell. But how many consumers just decide not to purchase again? Maybe the pork industry should address this issue? | |
