So, what is your real gripe? Are you griping about meat that smells bad? Or are you griping about large scale confinement swine operations? Honestly, it sounds to me like that is where you are placing the blame. Frankly, if you have a gripe about meat that smells bad, this is not the place to take that gripe. What you SHOULD be doing: 1) if that meat has a brand name on it, such as Hatfield, etc, there should be package numbers on that meat. You really should contact the processor where that meat came from. Let them know you got bad meat. If it is coming from a place like Hatfield, I would think they would want to know. They will want to know lot number, etc, so they can track it. 2) If that meat does not have a brand name on it, you should still go back to the store where you bought it and let them know. I would hope the store you bought it from wants to know if you bought bad meat. Going on AgTalk and griping about it really doesn't get the message back to where it needs to go to. |
