Soil | The shoulders and the loins were in a shrink wrap kinda deal, don’t think I’d call it a true vacuum pack. Opened up the freezer again today they are wrapped in freezer paper now and the freezer has the odor. Any of the pork that has been fully cooked, brats, pork sausage,steaks and chops the smell disappears. We noticed the smell when we sampled our summer sausage and when we opened the boxes of meat and now in the freezer. | |
