I buy all my pork in the store, and I have never bought any that I thought smelled like manure, or boar meat.

If the pork is not good enough quality to sell in a store, where do you think the average American customer is going to buy their pork..... or beef ?  Think about it.  Not having high quality meat in the grocery store is a good way to lose your customer base.
