dumb question... wouldn't you pay more tax down the road when you are say 60-70 and have to pull your 401 out for cash and then own say 500 ac and rent that land to someone or kids for $200+ ac?? here in Canada we have RRSP and I'm not sure about them. any successful farmer here I bet wishes de didn't own any and had invested into land or machinery
