I figured I paid about half of what that farm would have sold for about 3 or 4 years earlier. The problem is that it went down to about half of what I paid for it again. I was not able to hang onto that piece and I didn't buy any land after that until 1993 because it really set me back. It is all a matter of timing and I think it is still a little early in this cycle to buy land. I do thnk there are certain circumstances that could change that for some operations.
