My gut says land. But I'm your age so I'm in the same boat as you. I will say though, I just had my tax appointment this weekend, and the tax bracket I was in, I was eligible for credit if I put money into an IRA. I think like $2000 credit if I remember correctly. I haven't looked into the options yet, but it sounded like a good deal. Something to keep in mind anyways.
