VA | I worked on a large dairy/beef operation for about 2 years. I made 10.50 starting and finished at 12, i worked Everyday for 12 days then off every other weekend. I worked 7 to 430 normal days during hay and corn chopping be more like 0500-2100. Never had to work my weekend off and was only asked to work 7-9 and 2-4 on my sundays so i could have family time. Change your time off schedule and reduce pay and bet they stay. You could hire someone part time for weekends and be money ahead and not burn out full time guy | |
