whitesville new york | Not sure your operation, but I've been getting along with part time high school kids. Most recent one that left is starting work at a plant at $18 a hr with garrenteed over time and benefits. Not sure how we compete with that. My dad is head of a local school transportation department and complains he can't get drivers, but you need to pay more than $15 a hr for a 5 hr day that I'd only paid 180 days a year.& | |
