IA | Who is going to continue the operations when you retire? Kids? It is going to be really hard to keep anyone around without them having any skin in the game. Another thing, anyone that is good enough to run the show while your in the field is running there own operation. It's just a job to your help, do you pay time and a half on Saturdays? Most plants do. Do you pay double time on Sundays? Most plants do. What's your 401k plan? Insurance? A lot of decent shift work starts within 3 bucks or less of 19$ hr that you pay . Plus all the other benefits and they get weekends off or are compensated if they dont. I'm not trying to be a Debbie downer but it's pretty easy to see why you can't keep help. | |
