Tablerock Ranch eastern Wa | To the OP many good thoughts on here , and some that don't get it but everyone has hit on the same theme and that is time off !!! and they are spot on ! one thing you have heard over and over again and so have I is "no problem the more hours the better" don't believe any employee when they say this !! they are not being dishonest they sincerely mean it, it just isn't sustainable. You have to walk a fine line between offering an attractive income and working them to much, in AG its all about big hours to make big money. You offer to much money because they need way less hours and you go broke, to many hours to get them super good money and they burn out
----- DONT BELIEVE THE ---- BUT COACH I CAN STILL PLAY---- because it will work until it doesn't and then like you said no amount of money will keep them when they hate the place and the job from BURNOUT you have to force time off !!! |
