Hire 2 people instead and have them work 4 days on and 4 days off, pay $14 an hour, let them buy their own meals when you're not eating at the farmstead, and forego any paid vacation, because they are off as much as they're on. You'll find out that those 2 people have different strengths and weaknesses and you'll also find that they are a lot happier to be there. | |
