| Out of all the places I worked at, only one did an exit interview, and that place was owned by 2 brothers, and one brother honestly didn't care, and he was the major cause of the headaches which is why I was leaving, so it was mostly pointless.
I think alot would gain some valuable info by doing them. But like a few others said, people have a hard time looking in the mirror and saying "I am the problem", instead they rather blame the employees who are "Stupid, Lazy, etc"
