I cannot keep help, I've had some good ones, but cannot keep them. These are town kids that stay with me for a couple of years then they leave. The last one left making $19 hour, fuel for his truck, a one week paid vacation, all the beef they can eat, buy his lunch every day and supper when we work late. The down side to the job, 6 days a week 2 hours on Sunday. It seems to be a problem that their mothers and girlfriends don't feel that this is a "real job" and they do come home smelly. It doesn't matter what I offer them when they decide to leave. We always part on good terms and they come back to visit. I'm doing something wrong. A couple pics of what we do.
