Missouri | As an ag lender and reading all the comments here, What is your thoughts? I know you can't talk names, but hypothetically speaking what will happen if land and machinery appraisals back up 50%. In Nebraska in areas it is already off 25%. There is land for sale all over the place. I had a realtor tell me he has 12 quarters listed. He has never had more than 2 in the last 12 years. He is begging for an offer and confided there is no one bidding at these levels anyway. | |
