I have been dealing with bankers on some projects. The one thing they have in common is all of them told me after harvest they are relooking at these loans. All of them told me they have farmers that will not be farming next year. One told me 10% of their production farmers will not be farming. This is going to get real.
OH NO! you cant say that, many guys keeping their heads in the sand on lots of this stuff. It will get real this spring, and I could care less what the landlords say they need, will be lots of land laying idle if rents dont come down. Think im delirious? who is going to loan Mr Big pants money? their Dad? |
