Maybe you need better customers. LOL We always make sure anything we have liens against are released when traded in or sold. I never wanted it to cause problems down the road for someone else. Soon as we make a trade or sale the bank is the second to know. I always just figured it was good business and the proper way to handle it. I will say that being a director on a Farm Credit System bank for 6 years has made me a better customer by understanding what the bank goes through. But they are like every other bank. They have never seen collateral they don't want. With the exception maybe of an old defunct gas station with underground tanks. John
