KS and NE in eastern 3rd | Thanks for the reply tara, I value your opinion. I have roughly 30% of my acres paid for and the remaining acres I probably have 50% equity in them. I'm not sure what's going on but not trying to be arrogant but this tent is a long ways away from folding. I think I'm just going to use suppliers finance if I come up short and do away with the LOC. It's nice to have, but I really don't need it. It's not that I'm trying to avoid paying my debt, I just don't like the fact that I have to ask permission to sell something I own. I've sold stuff on auctiontime and the 1st thing they ask you is do you have a lien against this item. | |
