Not a very good analogy. Are you still buying seed? Guys are talking about actually giving up the ground if price doesn't come down. Seed genetics have obviously increased yield therefore they are worth more money.
The % of yield increase has not kept up to the % of price increase.
I am still buying seed. But I am giving up traits because the price won't come down. Like others.
