Things go differently then you planned , they will not care where you get the funds , just as long as your loss doesn't turn into their loss . By giving the bank what they are requesting , you have just saved them the legal fees to collect what you have agreed to .When times get tough , you need good relations with your business partners . Being able to see their side of the fence , will go along ways in keeping a good working relationship in tact . Could you or anybody slip into negative territory , that ability to be a cooperative customer will be your saving grace . Verses being combative over their requests .That attitude will pull your plug faster than the blink of an eye . This is really quite simple , you asked , they obliged , you are indebted . And if that sticks in your crall , make it a priority to not be a borrower . Good luck and maintain a good cooperative working relationship with your business partners .
